Standard Terms & Conditions.

The term organiser shall mean Vantage Events Management Ltd or its servants or agents.

Entry to the exhibition or the exhibition site is governed by the following conditions and it shall be assumed that visitors to the site or exhibition will have made themselves familiar with said conditions prior to entry.

The organisers make every effort to ensure that all the information given on this website is accurate and correct. The organisers shall not be held responsible for changes outside their control and also reserve the right to make amendments to the programmes content and layout of the show without prior notice. The latest information contained on this website supersedes any other printed or electronic information that may have been produced prior to any changes. PLEASE REFER TO WEBSITE FOR LATEST INFORMATION OR CHANGES.

The organisers accept no responsibility for any consequential loss or inconvenience due to plans or actions made by visitors or exhibitors on the basis of any published information.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse or curtail an individual’s admission to the event or the exhibition site in the event that any individuals behaviour is deemed prejudicial to either security or the quiet enjoyment of other visitors & exhibitors or for any other reason the organisers may deem necessary. The organisers’ decision is final. The organisers shall not be liable for any direct or consequential losses of any person who is asked to leave the site.

ancellation of the event due to an act of God, Terrorism or other conditions or events outside of the organiser’s control: The organisers or its agents or servants accept no responsibility for any consequential, direct or indirect losses or damage.

Personal property either carried by the person, in the care of the person or left in a parked vehicle on the exhibition site is the sole responsibility of said person or the driver or owner of the vehicle. No responsibility for loss or damage will be accepted by the organisers.

The individual charge for entering the show is not based on any specific quantative or qualative, value. It remains a charge for admission to the event and is to cover administration costs only.

The exhibition will take place on Saturday 3rd March & Sunday 4th March 2007.

The exhibition opening times will be from 9.30am until 4.30pm on both days.
