![]() I'm from Sweden and I live with my family in a small town called Lerum not far from Gothenburg on the west coast, where I moved three years ago and picked up fly fishing and tying. I've bin in the advertising business all my life and felt I had to do something else. So I started Json&Co about a year ago to try out some ideas, how to improve on making realistic and durable durable fishing flies. Please write about your favoute fly fishing pattern. If I had to pick one pattern it would have to be stones, because they fish really well all season. Nymphs, adults and spinners. What other patterns and styles of flyfishing do you enjoy most. I'm a trout nut so any stream with wild rising fish will keep me going. But I do love the big hatches of Danicas and Caddis on my local river in Sweden, a beautiful little river just five minutes by car from where I live. Is there a style of flytying you enjoy more than others! Realistic fishing flies in any pattern. ![]() What is your most memorable flyfishing moment. That's got to be the first wild brown I caught on a dry-fly I tied myself. What is your most favoured peice of flyfishing equipment. My 6ft 5wt one piece cane rod, built in England by Tony Fordham. And, my Bogdan trout reel. They have a soul. ![]() What is your most favoured peice of flytying equipment. Wing-burners and body-pins. ![]() What type of flyfishing rod and reel do you use. Classic cane and glass rods together with classic reels. I do think many modern rods are to light and fast, I rather go for short casts with smooth presentations. ![]() What type of flytying will you be tying at the show and are there any specific tying techniques you will be demonstrating at the show. I'll be tying realistic fishing flies and demonstrate my new wing burners, detached body pins and wing material. http://www.jsonsweden.com/ |
